Registration ProcedureTo complete your registration at Dubai Arab American Pvt. School you need to: 1. Complete Application Form (an application fee of AED 500.00 is applicable)
2. All new students for Grade 1 to Grade 12 must sit for and pass an entrance exam. The subject covered by the entrance exams are Arabic, English, and Math.
3. All new students must proceed to the registration/accounts Department in school to complete the registration procedures.
4. Registration to any class is not final until all the proper documentation is available with the administration and after the approval of the Ministry of Education
· Three Passport – Sized Photographs.
· A Photocopy of Passport ( Father , Mother , Student)
· A Photocopy of applicant’s birth certificate.
· A Photocopy of Vaccination Card.
5. Documents required to register student within UAE:-
· A transfer Certificate Attested by the last School Attended.
· A Photocopy of applicant’s most recent School report Card.
· Leave Certificate (Student Government School) + Report Card Stamp in Ministry of Education.
6. Documents required to register student from outside UAE:-
· Report Card Attested by the UAE Embassy & Ministry of foreign Affairs.
· A Transfer Certificate Attested by UAE Embassy & Ministry of foreign Affairs.
7. Documents required to register student from Other Emirates:
· Original Transfer Certificate from previous school legalized from the appropriate Educational Zone, and certificate of Continuation of Studies
8. Letter of Good Conduct required for all students coming to Grade 9-12.
